FAQs

Same Day Click and Collect is an express service for you to collect your online orders (except for orders with gift wrapping) at all UNIQLO stores (except Changi Airport Terminal). Simply place your orders before 12 pm and get your parcel by within the same day! Only available from Monday to Saturday except for the Chinese New Year holidays - exact dates will be announced nearer to date.

Click & Collect services are free for all orders with no minimum spend required.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after your order has been packed and picked up from the warehouse. Please note that your order is not yet ready for collection at this stage.
Once your order has arrived in the store of your choice, you will receive an e-mail notification for collection. Please do not head down to collect your parcel until you receive this email.

Please proceed to the cashier counter, or approach any member of our staff for assistance. Do bring along the Shipment Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your order.

Please collect your orders within 14 days upon receiving the e-mail notification that your order is ready for collection.

The order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund processed. A refund will take up to 14 calendar days to process.

Note: You may also ask someone to collect the order on your behalf. He/She will need to present a copy of the Shipment Confirmation email for the collection.
