Exchanges & Returns
Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery and requested through our online returns portal. Returns are not accepted in stores, unless the item was paid for at the in-store till. Altered or customised items are not eligible for return. A returns fee of 2,95 € applies. Exchanges are only available in stores. Online-exclusive collaborations or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
